More Than Sleep
A calm website with booking, payments and a custom CRM behind it.
The brief
Sarah needed more than a brochure site. Her consultancy runs on discovery calls, paid packages and a lot of client follow-up, and the tools she’d tried were either too generic or too fiddly to run between appointments.
What we built
A single, joined-up system: the public website, online booking with payments, a client portal for intake forms, and an admin CRM to manage it all. It’s all built on Cloudflare’s global network, so it’s fast, secure and costs very little to run.
The part we’re proudest of is how the admin is run. Because it speaks MCP, Sarah can manage her business through an AI assistant: “what’s on tomorrow?”, “block out next Friday”, “who hasn’t filled in their intake form?”. It does the clicking for her.

The site is live at morethansleep.com.au and taking bookings. We keep improving it in small, safe steps, with every change previewed before it goes live.

Run it by talking to an AI
The admin is exposed over MCP, so the owner can ask an AI assistant to check tomorrow's bookings, block out a day or look up a client, securely and in plain English.
Before cheat code, my work was all over the place; spreadsheets, payment provider, Google forms, zoom calls. Nick came in and listened to what I needed to work efficiently and just built it, exactly fitting my workflow. Everything fits together so neatly and I know if I need something else it will be built quickly and seamlessly drop in.
